terms
The small print, softly.
Loftlit is an ambient window on broadcast aircraft signals, offered as-is, for wonder.
- Not for navigation
- never use Loftlit for operational, safety, or navigational decisions
- Best-effort sky
- broadcast positions and stories can be late, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong
- Offered as-is
- the hosted service comes without a promise that it will always be available
- Be kind
- watch the sky; do not use Loftlit to bother anyone on the ground or in the air
- Upstream terms apply
- the map and signal sources on the credits page keep their own terms
- Open code
- the source code is MIT-licensed; that license does not grant rights to the Loftlit name or visual identity
The source code is separate from the hosted sky: you may use it in every way its MIT license allows, without asking first. Any future project channel for the hosted service or the Loftlit name and look will be listed on the contact page.
